Business Park Drive Suite 150 Draper 84020 DRESS - Leotard or short unitard (Prefered by students). No shorts, pants, 2 piece outfits, attached skirts, low back, spaghetti strap, or halter tops allowed. Hair pulled back. Avoid bobby pins, clips, bows, hair bands. They fly out when tumbling. Bobby pins get lost in the carpet. THE STUDIO IS A “SHOE FREE ZONE” – Students and parents remove shoes when entering. Make sure your daughter’s feet are clean. We want to keep the studio as clean and germ free as possible. Your support is much appreciated. NO FOOD, DRINK, OR GUM brought into the studio. There are drinking fountains in the studio. OBSERVATION DAY is the first lesson of each month unless otherwise specified. Parents only. Sleeping newborns are the only exception. This rule is strictly enforced. The noise is distracting, and space is very limited. DROP OFF/PICK UP - Drive down the North side and drop off at the back door. That is where students will remove their shoes and carry them to their respective rooms, placing them along with other clothing inside their “Cubbys”. In inclement weather, wet shoes/boots will be placed on designated towels/rugs. REST ROOMS - PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD VISIT THE RESTROOM BEFORE CLASS. The restroom is located in the hallway behind the studio where other tenants in the building have access. For your child’s safety, we don't allow students to go to the restroom by themselves. Thus, your child plus another child or assistant teacher must miss important class time when having to visit the restroom. YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY - will always be a priority, but as with any sport, there is the chance of injury. To participate, parents must fill out a waiver agreeing not to hold us responsible in the event of an accident. YOUR CHILD'S PROGRESS is determined greatly by regular class attendance and regular practice at home. Your child can only do a trick that she is strong and conditioned enough to do. We recommend 30 minutes per day. Home practice charts are available in the studio. CLASS PLACEMENT - Students are placed in classes according to skill level. Class changes are made during the year as needed. I cannot place a student in a desired class if it is not in the best interest of the child, or if there is no space available yet. NEWS LETTERS will be sent home when needed, and will also be posted on the website. www.jolleysgym.com E-mail me at jolleysgym @ Comcast.net
